Ofsted award House of Fun Nursery outstanding
On the 17th July 2017, House of Fun Nursery was joined by the Office for Standards in education who reviewed all areas at the nursery from management to teaching and policies and procedures. The manager Kerri Phillips is pleased to report the outcome was outstanding in all areas. The nursery in Gorleston, Norfolk south of Great Yarmouth opened in 2003. They have built a highly skilled and loyal staff team of professional early year’s practitioners passionate to deliver the highest quality of care and education. Staff quickly gets to know the children and care for their every need. Staff is completely professional at all times teaching children to respect each other and staff, speak kindly to others and be fully inclusive.
The team plans highly creative and imaginative practical tasks targeting the EYFS curriculum. Learning spaces are well planned, airy and flexible facilitating the children’s different learning styles. House of Fun Nursery ensures days are fun and full of exciting educational experiences. At all times children have supervised the nursery has an excellent staff to child ratio both indoors and outdoors in the different play areas and sensory room. Sessions run from eight am until six pm breakfast lunch snack and tea can be provided. Parents and carers have peace of mind that whatever their circumstances House of Fun Nursery will do their utmost to meet their requirements and lifestyle.
